Subsidized and Fully Subsidized Stays (Grants)
Subsidized Stay For artists with a clear project plan. In return, we require active promotion of Atelier Austmarka on your social media platforms before, during, and after your stay.
Fully Subsidized Stay For professional artists who contribute directly to the local community and the profile of the residency. These stays are agreed upon individually and include free housing and a studio.
A non-refundable administration fee of 3,000 NOK is required to confirm the booking. 1,500 NOK of this fee will be returned to you as credit at the local Joker grocery store upon arrival, while the remaining 1,500 NOK covers administration costs.
Note: We have introduced this fee because we have experienced professional artists failing to show up for their stays. This fee ensures a binding commitment from both parties.
